There is no official GTA 6 price in Pakistan. Pakistan is not on PlayStation's list of supported store countries, so there is no Pakistani PlayStation Store or rupee price. Reported
Most players buy through a PlayStation or Xbox account from another region, such as the UAE, and pay that region's price: about AED 299 for Standard (roughly $81). Local shops list boxed copies from about Rs 23,000 upward. Avoid "Rs 13,000 pre-orders", which are reported to be shared accounts.
Pakistan has a big GTA community but no official console store, which makes buying GTA 6 more complicated than in most countries. This page explains what players actually pay, the safe ways to buy, the offers to avoid, and when the game unlocks in Pakistan time.
What GTA 6 costs for players in Pakistan
| Way to buy | Typical price | Status |
|---|---|---|
| UAE PlayStation Store account (Standard) | about AED 299 (about $81) | Reported |
| UAE PlayStation Store account (Ultimate) | about AED 374 (about $102) | Reported |
| US account (Standard / Ultimate) | $79.99 / $99.99 plus card fees | Official |
| Local shops, boxed copy with code | from about Rs 23,000 to Rs 38,000 | Reported |
| "Pre-order" offers around Rs 13,000 | Reported shared accounts, not your own copy | Avoid |
Rupee amounts move with the exchange rate and card fees. Local shop prices are from retailer listings and change often. UAE prices come from price-tracking sites that read the store listing.
Why there is no official rupee price
Sony runs PlayStation Stores only in countries on its official list, and Pakistan is not one of them. Rockstar's pre-order country lists do not include Pakistan either. That means no local-currency price, no Pakistani PlayStation Store and no local payment methods on the store. Xbox is also not officially sold in Pakistan. Players therefore use accounts from other regions and pay with international cards or gift cards from that region.
The shared-account trap
Some local sellers offer GTA 6 "pre-orders" for around Rs 13,000, well below the real price. These are reported to be shared or "primary/secondary" accounts, where several people play one purchase Reported. The problems:
- You do not own the game. The seller controls the account and can change the password or lose it.
- Sharing accounts this way breaks PlayStation and Xbox terms, and accounts can be locked.
- Some offers are outright scams that never deliver.
The same caution applies to "free GTA 6" or "PC beta" files, which are fake. See GTA 6 download scams.
Safer ways to buy in Pakistan
- Your own account, one region, one payment method. Many players use a UAE or US account and that region's gift cards. Keep the region consistent, because PlayStation gift cards and codes only work in their matching region.
- A boxed copy from an established retailer. The box holds a download code, not a disc, so check the code's region matches your account before you pay.
Console prices in Pakistan
Consoles are imported, so prices are high and swing with demand. In September 2026, a ProPakistani report said retailers in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad were selling the PS5 Pro for around Rs 350,000 Reported. Shop around, check warranty terms, and make sure the console's region matches the account you plan to use. The cheapest way to play GTA 6 compares options.
Can you play GTA 6 on a PC or laptop in Pakistan?
Not yet. There is no PC version, so no laptop can run it. A PC release is reported for early 2027. See GTA 6 laptop requirements before buying a laptop for it.
